      I would like to take this opportunity to thank you.
      It was 2 years ago when I got the privilege to read your journal and
      it has inspire me a great deal.

      Hi RT, unfortunately I doubt you are reading but if/when you do you CAN get back to recovery.  Just do the things that worked for you before.  Do it for YOU.
