Happy with the past week, no gambling, diet continues to be improved and hit my target of 3 days with exercise. Goals for next week will be similar, hoping to get regular exercise back being a stable part of my weekly routine.

Glad to hear that you have many blockers in place, it sounds like you still have access to unaccountable funds however, if you are having impulse issues, this could be a very bad thing.
Have you anyone you trust who can help with your money management, for example have someone else manage your funds, in this situation, you still keep control of your funds and where they go, transactions just have to go through this person first making it more difficult to spend gambling funds

Sorry to hear that you were triggered last night, and the knock on effect that had.
It sounds like it is currently very easy for you to place a bet if you give in to an urge/trigger. I can associate with this from past experience, in similar situations, I have found the following questions helpful. What barriers/blockers have I in place to make it more difficult to gamble? Are there any additional barriers that would help? and What need to happen to put these additional barriers in place.

Into March we go. Happy with the past week, Diet was improved and finally hit the target of 3 exercise sessions during the week. Plan to keep that momentum going through this week.

Another month 0f 2022 over, happy overall with how the month went. The improvement tasks for Match continue to be a better diet, and back to regular exercise.

Good week including some outings which were enjoyable. The exercise target which has been missed for a few weeks in a row is at least 3 days of exercise.

Had a quiet but good week. Did 2 days of exercise which was a start to getting back to it, and my diet was improved. Hope to improve again this week and increase exercise to a minimum of 3 times.

Continuing on a good path overall. Exercise and Diet are 2 areas that haven’t been great in 2022. This week, I plan to do at least 3 days of exercise, and have a planned eating plan for the week that is mostly stuck to.
