    very nice that you told your mother. My parents only know I’m going to casino with friends few times a year if they knew how much I gambled away I will be sleeping on street.

    keep your head up and stay positive go out for a walk and enjoy being outside or at least having not to think about betting

    Hey harry,

    Did you watch the champions league? I hope you could push through the best thing I know from my experiences is that self exluding is the best option you could do. I also use K9 web protection. It is really good software and it is free and it filters the webpages about gambling. you can only visit them if you fill in the password. best thing to do is to make a password that you can never guess again. go to encipher.it and press the blue button and fill in something random like afjaldkfjlfjsafnlvjweiwo and press the blue button again and you will have a password that you will never crack again press the copy button and use that as your administrator password for K9 and restart your pc.

    with that you can never acces gambling sites online and you don’t want to acces them ever again. I hope this helps for you atleast it helped me

    Hi butch,

    keep yourself strong at this moment and try to get busy with something. Doing dishes, some cleaning in the house can help you till your partner comes back. Or go for a walk outside, just don’t go near your computer or tablet. Maybe it is good to talk to your partner about the urges you had when he left.

    Hi Kat,

    You got paid today and haven’t gambled yet? well maybe this is the right time to hand your money over to someone who you trust so you can’t gamble it or go to the atm and get everything in cash when you only gamble online. The best thing ofcourse is to hand your money over to someone and the other thing you should do is exclude yourself from every online casino or casino in your town so you can prevent yourself for coming back. This is day 4, best thing to do is count all days and make sure that you don’t have to set the counter to 0 days.
