One of my favorite threads with lots of interaction. I closed the topic years ago, but think it will be a good prescription for me to revive some of those deep thoughts and ramble again.
Just spent a couple hours reading through some amazing stories and encouraging posts. I wonder if Stephen67 will ever return and share more Corned Beef Hash with us? Does anyone know what happened to JustPeachy? 
I saw names tonight that I haven’t crossed in 3 years. Hope they’re doing well!
