Het is belangrijk dat u erkent dat u niet de enige bent &#8211; en de forums kunnen deel uitmaken van de manier waarop u de waarde van verbinding met anderen begint te waarderen.<\/p>\n\n<p>De forums zijn een ruimte om uw gedachten en gevoelens te delen, om te lezen hoe anderen met hun gokproblemen omgaan, om ondersteuning te bieden aan anderen die het misschien moeilijk hebben en voor anderen om u aan te moedigen op de weg die voor u ligt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Het schrijfproces kan op zichzelf al therapeutisch zijn, en reflecteren op je eigen woorden en het beoordelen van je voortgang kan een waardevol onderdeel van je reis zijn. De forums zijn een openbare ruimte, zodat mensen van over de hele wereld je vanuit hun eigen perspectief kunnen aanmoedigen.<\/p>\n\n<p>Als je worstelt met je eigen gokken, is een goede plek om je eerste bericht te schrijven de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gamblingtherapy.org\/forum\/forum\/my-journal\/\"> mijn dagboekgebied<\/a> van het forum.
