Welcome sean and it sounds like you are ready to start recovery. To begin with, have you done anything to help yourself stop? Have you blocked access from your electronics or had yourself excluded from the casinos? Have you done anything to limit your access to funds or gambling? It is imperative that, on the first weeks when your resolve is strong, that you block access any way possible to give yourself the help that you need to resist temptation.
