You will be pleased to hear that we have a special helpline session today between 10:00am and 11:00am (GMT) run by our very own Velvet.  This will be taking place at the same time every two weeks, but don’t worry, we will remind you each time the session runs to ensure you are well aware of when you can have a one to one session with someone who understands where you are coming from due to personal experience.
